Accusation of unethical practices is  even there in biggest well known companies.

Hello everyone! I Muskaan gladden to write a blog on another topic, that is aacusation of unethical behaviour, even in well known business companies.

Yes, there are some well known reputated companies those are also doing unethical practices inside or outside the company. 

Walmart is one of the biggest companies in the United States and in the world since 1962. It is the place where people do their shopping for the low price and variety of products.

Walmart is one of the leading discout retailer in the country.

  

Now you will be thinking that how a leading and reputated company can behave in unethical manner and if it is doing unethical practices than how it became a reputated company?
Yes, all these above questions are right to arise. What a Wal-Mart is doing that it is doing unethical practices inside the company, Wal-Mart has been accussed of sexual discrimination and unfair pay to employess. They are making employess to work overtime without paying for overtime. Along with this they are preventing employees from taking lunch and breaks in their working time.
Wal-Mart is also the leading employeer of diversity and different cultures in the United States and the majority of this is men.
Almost 2,000 women from 48 states claim  that Wal-Mart  discriminated against them for pay and promotions.
Is this is the way of doing management inside the company?
Definetly no, we learnt Principles of Management which are general guidlines that tells us how to do management in the company.
One of those principles is Equity, that states there should not be any kind of discrimination among the employess on the basis of sex, caste, religion and gender.

But, does this principle of equity is being followed by Wal-Mart? Absoulately no, then how can the company do effective management.
It can affects the production and effectiveness if the company. Because humans are the most important resource of the company, all work is done by them only.

So, every company should do effective management in the organisation without any discrimination so that along with organisatinal goal, personal goal can also be achieved.
